Online entry open for 2011 in November 2010

We encourage you to enter on line - with an automatic $5 deduction off the entry fees shown below for all events at all times. (click on the link below - a very simple and fast system to enter into the marathon or fun runs).
Marathoners: Please note information on change to Age Groups for the Marathon.
Entry Fees & Entry Deadlines
Enter early and take advantage of the lower fees. All entries close for the Marathon at 9pm Friday 30 April. We will accept entries for the 5km and 10km on event day up to 8.30am, but encourage you to enter before then.
The next fee deadline is 9pm Wednesday 21 April 2010
 
Final Deadline for online Entries
You can enter online up until Thursday 29 April 2010 9.00pm, and after that point you will need to enter at the event, as noted below.
Final Deadline for Person to Person Transfers
Person to person transfers close on 21 April 2010 All event and category transfers must be done at the event after this date.
Final Deadline for Postal Entries
Please be aware that postal entries should not be sent after the 21 April, as cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for processing. If you cannot enter online after 21 April then you will be able to enter at the event itself at the following times:
Marathon Late Entries at the event - Friday 30 April 12noon until 9.00pm
Fun Runs Late Entries at the event - Friday 30 April 12noon until 9.00pm, and Saturday 1 May 6.30am to 8.30am

Entry Confirmation & Event Information
All those who enter on line receive an eTicket as confirmation which includes their race number. Those who are unable to enter on line but either fax or post in their entry will receive an eTicket by email (if an email address is supplied on entry form) or via the post.
We do encourage email addresses to be supplied as the pre-event information, with detailed event rules, will be sent out via email, plus posted onto the event website of www.rotoruamarathon.co.nz during April 2010.
