The 10km event gets underway from the Marathon start line in the Government Gardens and completes one lap of a course through the Sulphur flats, along the Long Mile adjacent to the Whakarewarewa forest and the returns to the finish at Government Gardens along Te Ngae Rd on the marathon course.
